I have pretty bad experiences of BSNL. Is MTNL also the same way unresponsive and careless about its custmers as BSNL ? BSNL never picked up my call for complaints.

MTNL is a different corproation like BSNL, but they both are public sector itself but MTNL is just an arm for Mumbai and Delhi Metros

MTNL is only is few cities and BSNL is all over but any thing that is owned by the govt sucks

Not true, bsnl and mtnl are both quite good nowadays, in fact I say they are almost competing with airtel, who in my opinion is the best

Not hurting anybody,I don't agree here,the working system of BSNL or MTNL,by no means can be compared with that of these private companies.They make you run throughout their building and finally they show the exit door.

NO its not same as BSNL they both are different I think BSNL is far better than MTNL, But i have this strong feeling that Mtnl will evolve big time in coming years.

I liked your answer the best! thats s right man, people that live in maharashtra usually go for MTNL and they go seldomely for BSNL,and the case is vice-versa in delhi.

BSNL is much better then MTNL. You can expect some good plans and services from BSNL as compared to MTNL. This is my personal experience with these two companies.

Looks like customer support and customer review differentiate from place to place. I think i may be willing to go with MTNL if i get some more positive reviews.
