On a Saturday night once in a month Broadband stops working. I mean the lines are syncing however no adsl light or connected lights. Then automatically on Sunday morning it starts working.

I am facing this problem from past 2-3 months .... this happens just once in a month on any given saturday. And the customer care have no clues about any scheduled maintenance happening which IMO might be the probable cause!

Anyone facing the same thing??

That's really strange... If even the customer of the broandband company didn't no the real cause of that problem... But they have to find it out... Cause their might loose a lot of client...

This is something new. If this is happening on particular day then you should call your customer care to send a technhical executive to your house to look into this problem.
