Well to say that MTNL guys are totally unprofessional is an understatement. The internet plan has 590 Nighttime unlimited. However there is a small disclaimer in the end of the page saying that the plan has been discontinued. I overlooked this fact and asked for 590 Night time unlimited. The MTNL karamchari looked at my application and said it will be done. He did not tell me that 590 NU has been discontinued and in the next 48 hours I found me being a part of 840 NU unlimited.

What else can you expect from our Government. Why dont you try some Private operator?

Same old story. dataone people or mtnl people are really technically backward. Sometimes I feel that they should be thrown away for poor service

Are you sure it has been discontinued? Because I am currently on that plan and when I check my account profile it does show that I am currently on the 590NU plan.
