I am currently on the 590NU plan and would like to switch to 749NU or unlimited plan; however I was wondering how tough or easy it is to switch plans. Do I have to go to the local exchange and submit an application or can I do it over the internet or by making a phone call?

Go to exchange and submit forms unfortunately. They want a paepr trail for everything. They will soon ask you to fill a new form for every site you open.

Just call 1500 and have it changed. They say it takes 2 days, but I doubt if the change will be effective in the same month.

I just (today) switched from 849NU to 512Unlimited plan by calling 1500. :-)

Earlier they used to change the plans in the same months.... however due to loades of billing complaints now they dont change the plan in the same month.

New plan will be effective from next month.......

Yes unlimited plan is the best. You have to contact at 1500 or 1504
