I had big problems, even wanted to sue reliance. They introduced a technology and used us as guinea pigs to test it out... they did not do complete testing before implementing.. so shameful.
Initially had a lot of "limited connectivity problems". Cust care was a big joke - took 24 hrs to rectify.

Another prob - downloads used to get interruped a lot, sometimes the connectivity was lost - when it resumed, I was asked to log in. However since I had not logged out of the previous session due to abrupt disconnection, the system told me i was already logged in. Hence I had to wait 6 hours for the auto time out so that I could re-log.. what a waste. Cust care (hahaha jokers!) could not help me out. Infact, Reliance had no control over its own network. I requested cust care to "force me out" of the session, so that I could log in with afresh and the buggers were slave to their own system - they had no control!!! Meaning if one person logs in they cannot forcibly terminate his/her session!!!! Crap!!

However now my Wimax is stable and gives me more speed than promised.. so things are better. Cust care is pathetic as usual, in case probs arise. Plus i got bombarded with trojans thru the unsafe network eventually had to buy a powerful antivirus...

Hi gaggz even i had same problem but with broadband lan connection. It says already logged in and cust care couldn't do anything instead he eat my head and i was so much frustrated explaining him of sessions thing.NO USE. Does Reliance have some real technical guys BIG QUESTION??? Downloads breaks...
To this already logged in thing I tried something which worked you can try but not sure if it works .
Try putting username only hit enter,it gives error invalid usrnam , then try putting wrong username and wrong password, repeat this many times as many 5 to 7 times then put Correct username and Password and it worked for me.No need to wait for 6 hrs for this bull shit technical BUG .

Other thing you can try is on commpand prompt type command:
ipconfig /release

This release ip address then u shut off modem and computer and restart it after some time. or do things which terminate session like leaving machine not doing any internet activity and keeping it idle for some time. Hope something works.
Else im in process of finding a core solution to this problem.

use an Internet sharing router to avoid the continuous bogon traffic.
Even if you have the latest updated anti virus you would still receive a lot of annoying alerts.
