I am using reliance Wimax connection in Bangalore from more than 6 months. The kind of bad service they are giving in Bangalore can not be worse than this. It took me more than 2 months (more than 15 calls to customre care) to make it work.
But the best part came once it started working. Now it works very good at night but no connectivity in day time. I last 3-4 months I am calling customer care every weekend (thats the time use it in day) and log a call. Nothing happens. Next week ask status and they tell their record says that their executive came to my place and fixed the problem.

Can you believe it? I dont get a single phone call and their system says they fixed the problem. N all this not just once, it is happening consistently from last 4 months, that means at least 10 times.
I know at least 10 people from office who had same issues and finally god rid of reliance.

I really want to sue reliance for this. If someone has some suggestion please tell me.

By the way, I got to know Tata is also giving Wimax connection. I called them up and they installed it same day. Again it didnt work, but they were quick to respond and fixed it within a day.
Great service by Tata Wimax. I am really impressed.
You would be amazed to know that Tata has 3 times more towers than Reliance in Bangalore.

You can knock them in consumer court if you want ..... procedures are really easy no lawyers required ..... for more details search in google!

I completely agree with the above post and i feel an appropriate action needs to be taken against such ISP's, lets get together and drag these providers for making fake commitments.
