Reliance Wimax Wrong Billing
Hello Friends,
3 months from now, I had applied for Reliance Broadband Internet (Wimax) , Plan = 2Mbps Limited Download.
I got plan = 150kbps Unlimited, I called up customer care and asked abt my plan, they told me that my plan of 2Mbps will be activated within 72hrs when my application details will be available to them. I kept calling repetedly for 4 weeks to remind Customer care to change my plan to 2Mbps. but answere as same after 72 hrs ur plan will be activated. I even logged the complaint online.
Now they(Reliance Billing Dept) had charged me for my internet connection for which I had not applied and even going further, they had deducted the amount from initial deposite. further they are sending internet bills for the scheme 150kbps for which i did not applied and which i m not using.
Any one if can help, pls reply.
