I have applied for Reliance Wimax connection on 16th of Sep will all the documentation including check amunt of Rs.562 and my money also been transferred to Reliance account. Till now I have not received single call from Reliance or from your channel partner although I called many times to you people. I’m surprised to see how people are so irresponsible for their won business.

I feel like this is kind of fraud business and spoiling the Reliance name, this not the way to make the business, if you can’t do job please don’t take application and return the check back to customer, I don’t know why the hell you people are crating trouble to customer, thinking that we cant do anything?

For me money is not the matter, I more concern about the response from you people, if you’re not the right person who I shouldn’t contact please redirect my email to concern people or department.

I’m completely going out of my control with this deal, I appreciate your quick action on my account.
