I ordered a Reliance Wi-Max connection for my house on 23rd Feb 2009 with a commitment for installation on the 27th but till today no one has bothered to call me or update me even the person who took my order Mr. Harshal shah 9321538139 has only been giving me stories even when i asked for refund he just said i can do nothing for refund or installation I have forwarded your case e-mail to my seniors they will revert to you. but till today no one has called me. This is a warning to all who want to apply for Reliance Wi-Max DO NOT APPLY THEY ARE CHEATS

hi there - i'm having the same fate with my connection. my net worked only for 2 days and then its been 10 days now since its down. Since that I've called everyone in the world of reliance but to no avail.

The worse part is that they have YOUR money and take 60 days for any refunds. WTF? If my problem is not resolved, I want to take these MFs to consumer court - if anyone wants to join pls msg me!

I remember that bad day when I took decision to move from sify connection to reliance's use less high speed internet connection( they call it like this).

Here are some special features that they are providing.

1. Hardware that they install is not tested and will stop working in just 3 months. WOW

2. Once u try to register a complaint there executive give hope less answers and don't even register complaint immediately.

3. Your issues will get resolve very quickly ... hmmm lets say 21 to 30 days.

4. Amazing is, once they resolve your issue , your internet will work for next 8-10 days only . again there will be same problem.

5. support executives -- They no only following lines :

"Your issue will get resolve in next 24 hours". all Liar n hope less.

"we have forwarded your request to concerned person". never let u talk with the concerned person.

Here are names to whom I talk to resolve single issue of only one ip address: Harshul / kalpana / vijayalaxmi / zeenath. - issue no : 30337777.

6. The very very imp feature is : They take 3 months advance payment and u have no internet at your home..... great

First of all there are many issues regarding the Reliance wimax Connection in India


This internet is the only services in india which provided cheapest {no that cheapest (rs 750 pm )unlimited speed 150 kps}internet service at the time where everbody looting the customer say in the yr between jan 2008 to dec 2009 which provided unlimited services where my local cablewala was charging 2000rs as installation charges while this service only some 2252 rs for three months and no installation charges

2.Service is little/medium or largely pathetic how all the people decribed get the work done on a toll free no of the reliance wimax and take the request no

3.look 4 any BTS tower in u r area and then go for the internet connection.

4.Take down the F engineers no and maintain a good reputation with them

5.One u get the connection and starts working then u r the king for the surfing smoothly sails like satin cloth...Excellent Internet service in a priavate sector dont know about the Mtnl and all never used..

6.Cover u r antenna at the rooftop with Thick Plastic as it get worse in Rains
because rains cause disturbance in the signal and off course water
and if u r using now, check with technical guy in reliance once in 3 months.

if u have any tehnical glitches just say to the cc guys trsfr to Tech guys they will help in most cases.
