Below is an e-mail sent to me by one of the visitirs.. he probabbly wanted to post it here so I am posting it here for everyone to read.. here we go ..
Sir A Reliance Landline connection No.011-30726487 is in the name of my wife Tanu Babba and customer ID No. is 2530 2240 8496. I was availing the plan of Rs.13/- per day for 75 kbps speed in internet connection. I was not receiving IP address since 13.9.2007 and lodged complaint for correction of the internet connection on 15.9.2007 vide complaint No.55526064 and ultimately got the IP address only on 22.9.2007. I further requested for waiver of the amount that deducted under the above plan during the period when my internet connection was not working, i.e., from 13.9.2007 to 22.9.2007, and I was given complaint No.55827335. On the very same day, I requested for change of my plan from unlimited 75 kbps to 'speed select' which was done on 24.9.2007. In this regard, it is further informed that from 24.9.2007 to 30.9.2007 I was availing the speed select plan, but still deduction @ Rs.13/- day were being deducted from my prepaid account. I further lodged complaint and assured by customer care executive that my grievances will be redressed and given complaint No.55860783. On 3/4.10.2007, the customer care executive informed that I am not entitled for waiver of charges after 22.9.2007 and further forwarded my complaint for waiver of charges from 13/15.9.2007 to 22.9.2007. The necessary informations were given on the spot. This time, I was again given new complaint number as 56163089. My request is of two folds: 1. My internet connection was not working from 13.9.2007 to 22.9.2007, but deduction from my prepaid account were continued @ Rs.13/- per day. 2. My plan for internet connection was changed from 24.9.2007 to speed select but deduction from my prepaid account were continued @ Rs.13/- per day up till 2.10.2007. Sir, I am spending atleast 10-15 minutes per day only for knowing the status of my complaints and redressal of my grievances, but till date I have not received any call from your end or any positive response from your side. Will it not be justified to look into the matter expedetiously and infrom me accordingly with the status and waiver of deductions done from my prepaid account. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Hope the number one company of India will understand the problem of its precious customer and redress his grievance as early as possible. Is this an example of abusing? I think these giants don't care about small customers but if they would look deeper, we as a small customers support them a lot and generate a lot of revenue for them. Anyhow I am confused with their customer support at the moment.

I agree. A company by itself is not bad, but the people working in them are not necessarily customer oriented. They only care for doing what they are paid for, not an inch more.
