I applied for a reliance broadband connection on June11 and i have given all the document on june 13 with the cheque. they promised me that they will give me the connection with in 2 days. it's more then 11 days and i am still waiting for these guys to install the broadband connection. i called their customer care and they have given me a number 080 30480005 but nobody is picking up the phone. i don't know what these guys are doing.

Mr. Ambani can you tell me what type of service you guys are providing. you guys are just looting us.

Even I have tried all the broadband connection. The worst one I found is relieance. Why ? Let me tell you that reliance itself is very good company providing excellent products but about service its totally nonsense. The employees are becoming similar to government department employees who only knows how to rest. Their replies are without any logic or sense.
These lazy employees of reliance are spoiling the name of reliance.

Even though reliance pay high salary to these employees inclu customer care then also they are not performing their duty well.

Hi there! did you get the connection or still waiting, I never knew that company with huge national and international reputation has such slow system, man o man they are too lazy!!!!

Just send a complaint at their regional office and say them to refund moneyor your are gonna sue them. I am sure they will reply to you asap they get your complaint

One more frustrated customer! I wonder if anyone has suggested the Reliance authorities to read these reviews. Their forum is full of complaints!

Try forwarding emails to all the Reliance authorities(Every level). It usually works.
