I don' feel the seem brother!, I don' think reliance has improved the broadband services, they rather have gone even worse than before their speed sucks big time!

Maybe it depend upon the place you were living or working... If are near the area of your provider ur connection will realy be good and fast...

As compared to the earlier times Reliance services have improved a lot but i don't think that they are really that much good or professional. i had used their services and their unprofessional, untrained executives really make anygry sometimes. I think they still need to improv a lot to become really professional.

Relaince is not that much good. That is all what i can say. I had used some service which they provide and as a conclusion of all my experience, i'll say that they are not really worth the price they sell their product for.

They don't have any customer care support which is not good at all.

Reliance lacks customer support and also it does not have reliable products and these are the two most important fields it lacks in otherwise it is good in all other field.s

Well, if you have a choice only between Airtel and Reliance, I would say stick to Airtel!

Reliance users are not so happy with the services offered by the company! So comparatively Airtel takes the lead.
