Hi... I recently migrated to 300kbps unlimited plan from 2mbps limited plan. I have got a PC & a Laptop. During my last plan I could do multiple login i.e. access net on both the Pc & the laptop but after i migrated to this plan I am not able to do so anymore. I dont have any separate switch/hub/router just the modem provided by Reliance with 2 ports. I contacted the customer service regarding this but they replied as per rules such multiple login isn't allowed for home users & they said if it used to work in your earlier plan that was just your luck!!. I want to know what may be the reason for this as it used to work perfectly fine in my earlier plan. Suggest some solution...
