10 GB usage is under Fair usage policy to prevent the unauthorized download of privacy content, and many ISP's are adopting FUP in India so thats not an issue

totally agree with you. "Unlimited Downloads" should not have any hidden clauses! Its fooling the customers.

Default reliance Broadband+ a joke ?

reliance give 10Gb fair usage of a month in unlimited plan.
when I enquire about in customercare they says that we have mistakely announce this plan and when meeting will be held we discuss about this.

in this such a froud case they will be meet and discuss about their mistake.
they are not foolish. they make us foolish.

I have broucher which not indicate any type of 10gb mark except add on pack and it is a hard copy of mail given by a reliance webworld

So plz plz plz friends do not buy broadband+ at this time .

Thumbs down Reliance Broadband+ is fraud

I completely agree with you. They are trying to make a fool of us. Their delivery is also very poor. I registered for 2 cards. One was promised to be delivered in Delhi between 22nd-24th March - it was not delievered. The 2nd one was to be delivered between 25th and 27th March and has not been delivered till now on 28th March.

We need to take stringent action against such frauds, Let us have the views of other members also who have opted for this broadband+ card from reliance.

Default Poor Delivery Commitment

Had sent them a note regarding not being able to meet the promised delivery schedule. They are evasive and non-commital. I am quoting the mail received from them and my response. I am still awaiting the reply.

Subject RE: Reference your mail

Dear Bhupendra Sandey

I had made two registrations and the details are as under:

Option selected on website : Pay on Delivery – for both registrations
Not applicable since selected Pay on Delivery for both
Not applicable since selected Pay on Delivery for both
Given at the time of registration : xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Office hours, however on my cell xxxxxxxxxxxxx, I am available round the clock.

For the 1st registration, I was given dates of delivery as 22nd – 24th March
For the 2nd registration, I was given dates of delivery as 25th – 27th March

This is really stupid that on 30th we are still talking on mails.

I would also like a clarification on unlimited usage: Does it mean a limit of 10GB? What if I use more than 10GB, what are the charges?

Pawan

Friends!! Here is the confirmation, received a few mins ago. Decide for yourself, whether you would like to go for it. Rs.1750 for 10GB of data transfer. It's awsome. I believe, Airtel plan is better.

Dear Mr. Pawan,

Greetings of the day!

This is in reference to your mail regarding unlimited plans. Please note that unlimited usage plans; including unlimited night plans will provide a usage of 10 GB/month. Beyond which you will be charged at Rs.2/- per MB. In case of unlimited night plans you will get a usage of 10 GB/month during night, in day you will be charged as per the plan.

We are committed to serve you the best and value your association with us.
