I also forwarded the same to my Cousin Amit Agggarwal who also registered in the same scheme.
There after I & my cousin had sent a confirmation mail also to Reliance. But after that no one from Reliance contacted any of us.
Some days later on 26th April i got a call from some reliance partner Address Plot No 14, road no 44, Vardhman plaza , Rani Bagh New delhi-110034. A telecaller by the name of priyanka called me that they are giving away a special offer for 24 hours only in which I would get the bundle offer of 2 months unlimited dusage plan free with Netconnect Broadband + for Rs 3500 only. I told her that we had registered for the scheme already & none had contacted us. She asked my cousin Amit Aggarwal to forward the mail to some id. Thereafter the executive approached us & we took 2 netconnect Broadband + connections in Names of Mansi Gupta MDN no 9313232182 & Amit Aggarwal MDN no 9313232643 after submission of all documents & completion of credit verification. While the executive who approached me just asked me to sign the form & leave the rest blank I did not agree & filled up the form & also mentioned in the tariff form column 2 months bundle offer. I retained a photcopy of the same(image attached).
After that when the data card was delivered there was no proper installation guy . The person who came to deliver the data card had no clue how the things would work. I had a hard time getting it to work.
To me & my cousins utter surprise both our data cards have been disconnected without any prior information/intimation owing to high usage. When we enquired we were told that on our plan was default plan & our connections have a bill of 4000 & 1500 respectively. This was shocking. We have registered complint already Mansi Gupta complaint number 97145370 dated 10 th may & amit Aggarwal complaint number 9726407770 registered on 11th may.
While I was assured that there would be a resolution 24 hours that time limit has already passed & there has not been any action. For no fault of mine my connection has been disconnected & I am suffering. I was travelling somewhere yesterday & needed immediate access to my mails which I could not. My whole purpose of buying the data card was defeated. I have been in quenue for more than 15 minutes each three times today to speak to your customer service representative & I could manage to speak just once who told me they would resolve my issue in the next billing cycle. How funny.
My data card is disconnected & I am losing out on my free usage plan& I am told that my issue would be resolved in next bill. Its like telling a starving person that don’t worry we will grow the crop soon & then you can eat.
I am fed up with calling your helpline & writing this mail to communicate & warn you that if you do not restore our services on both numbers with in next 24 hours rectify the billing plan & grant a further waiver for the inconvenience caused I shall be compelled to take Reliance & channel partner before the appropriate authorities under appropriate sections of Law IPC section 420 forgery/fraud & cheating, Mental torture & harassment, Business losses on account of deficiency in services by service provider.
Not only that I also wish to add that I am a technology geek & lots of people buy products on my recommendation. l shall publicize & bad mouth Reliance in all social forums including orkut, google, Mouthshut, yahoo, Indiagsm, Indiabroadband, so that you can not repeat such an instance with others.
