reliance people are number one cheaters ....after taking token money for installing of a wired connection they never care to call back ,no installation after waiting of long time ,doing fraud and cheating by saying that installation is free when it is not and then when i told them to stop the stroy and finish the story they say it will taker 45 days i paid them the money in 15 minutes and these need 45 dyas ....are they bankrupt or beggers who will collect this amount by begging for 45 days pathetic careless shrewd i have lodged a complain in reliance customer care and sent mail too ....let me see the reply ..however for reviving money i will have to wait for 45 days they say but i am going to bring them down to their knees because i am having upper hand everywhere ........fight for justice

I requested for Reliance Broadband connection at my residence on 25th November 2010. Details of Connection requested are given below:Companion Combo Plan@Rs.499 per monthSpeed-300 kbps Free Talk time of Rs. 50Cheque#032816 (Axis Bank)

The cheque was cleared by Reliance on 3rd December 2010. It was told to me that it will be installed within 7 working Days. It’s been more than one month and connection is still not been provided. I have written many mails to the customer care and talked almost 20 times with customer care executives and called to Nodal Officer on 17th December and have written many mails to Nodal Officer and to appellate authority but there was no positive response.

On 25th December 2010 I got a bill from reliance for the services which I did not get. I have requested them many times that if they cannot provide the connection then please refund me the amount of Rs.1500 which I had given at the time of booking the connection.

This is with reference to your e-mail regarding "Pending Installation". Please note that, we have taken up your request and forwarded the same to the concern team. They will look into this matter and do the needful at the earliest.

Kindly be assured that we would do our best to resolve your concern at the earliest.
