losing money with sify

Default losing money with sify

I am using night and weekends plan 256kbps and there will be error in the local connectivity at nights almost 10 days a month, when i call the cto, they say it's too late they will fix the problem the next day or sometimes they don't even receive the calls. And if there is a problem on saturdays i will only get the connection back on monday.So i lose 10-12 days everymonth, this way i am losing the money without using the internet.

when ever you have trouble call sify customer care and get a complaint number every time and once the problem is sorted ask them to compensate you for that much time.. They are genrally ok with compensations. I do it all the time and never had a problem with them regarding duration of time or anything.If some one makes a fuss just shout over the phone and scream and do whatever you can... and you will get what you want.. this is India mera desh mahaan

I think you are right! If you make your point in the right manner, most of the companies try compensate you as they don't want to loose a customer. But these companies should try to improve their networks so that the customers don't get irate in the first place.

You can try to express your dissatisfaction and get compensation as you have nothing to loose.

You r right man this is India, the next time i get an error in the connection, i will ask them for the compensation, why should i waste my money which i have earned so hard. Thanx for your advice man. Duration of time is not the important thing, when i am doing something important online, the internet disconnects thats the reason i hate sify.

yea.. compensation is always issued by sify. they are good and my friend uses the same connection and he says so. once you file a complaint, all they try to do is satisfy you and so they offer really good compensation or atleast so i heard !

just try doing so buddy ! ifs its not working too well, always bsnl is there !!

Ask them for a Service Level Agreement. If they agree, they will have to compensate you for the amount you lost due to not having internet access.

They will just tell you to get lost if you ask for an sla. No company will give you an sla unless you are a big company yoursefl and mean a huge amount of money to them

If you are getting problem then write then a complaint and if they dont do anything send them a legal notice and if still if they dont do anythign then sue them. It costs company to reply to a case filed by any of its customers as they have to pay their lawyers, so i think they would reply to you in legal notice part.
