Sify is a worst service provider
Hi,
My customer and my Sify id is ankur0300 and i am facing request time out problem from last 4 to 5 days and this problem not sort out by their engineers. I fed up to complained against the same in their call center and every time they tell the same recorded sentence, we will solve your issue within 12 working hours. After that 1 day services will work fine and from 2nd day same problem you will face. Some times i think i am doing a job of Sify for complaining. On last weekend i took booster weekend plan in which i got 1mpbs speed after 15 hours of plan started.
