Sify- A Big Looser!!! or thiefs
Well i want to tell my friends something about sify, many and many people are using sify and also telling about this company however many less had given such kind of feedback that i am going to give.
im sify subscriber from past 2 years, my id is (lekhi_123) this is very rare situation that any consumer will tell his id. But i dont fear those people.. i am paying nearly 991+200 as the payments each and every month and they are giving me a package of unlimited night and 150mb/day @ speed of 256 kbps.
Now i would like to tell you that i am working in day as a normal human being. Now on 5th october according to sify people my computer was on for almost 12 hours and i had consumed 400 mbs and they had reduced my package by 10 days. Now once i called them , that my father and mother both are working, and moreover there is power cut of 2 hrs daily and that too twice.. how can it be possible.
Consumers please read this carefully they never-listened to what i am trying to say, bang the phone and moreover rather then giving me clarification one of the customer support officer gave me a call for recharging.
Interestingly she had some different story , according to her , i had consumed 350 mbs from 2Pm -7 Pm.
I told her the same story and she promised the call back however im still waiting.
NOW TAKE CARE OF YOUR SELF IF YOU ARE GOING TO SIFY AS A CONSUMER.
