buddy, ppl from sify are great here. Although they cant do nothing about the plans , the customer service is great at my place !! may be it differs from the north to south... im from south india BTW

I applied for a reliance broadband connection back in January and I am still waiting. It took then almost three months to tell me that they dont provide their services in my area as of now and it will take some time and they would keep my details on record to let me know when it becomes available.. I call them every month now to see whats going on and every time they say it will take a couple of months

buddy its not just the problem with reliance . Every service provider needs to suffice a minimum number of requested ports limit before he can open new ones. thats why they keep telling you they ll provide within a month hoping for the best ! but since this limit is not attained they are not in aposition to provide.. but at the same time they dont want to lose customers !! so they keep making false promises...

could anyone post details on the various plans provided by reliance , just to make comparisons and find which provider is the best ??

Yah!!! This is Sify not reliance. Try to post the other two to Reliance forum...

Sify is also available in Chandigarh but it is not that mucdh good. They have high plans which is the biggest negative feature of them but as of the customer care service. I don't think that they lack anything, they are polite and do have a solution for your problem.

customer care is not that much good, You must have met someone nice which is a rare in this company.

Customer care is completely unprofessional and don't know any thing more then to make false promises. I have done several complaints for my friend in past 6 months and this is my experience with them.
