I think BSNL should be available in your area, as per i know it is available everywhere in Delhi and if you dont like sify you should go with BSNL.

Bsnl does not operate at Newdelhi and Mumbai as we have mtnl there and bsnl takes care of rest of the country.

This is really a new thing.. I though BSNL was available in New Delhi and Mumbai. I have heard from, some people that they were using BSNL connection and they are living in Delhi.

Are u sure about this?

iam one of the unsatsified customer of SIFY

Speed ------- BAD

Customer service ------- BAD

Connection Downtime ----------- 6 to 8 hours a day

I will never suggest SIFY even to my enemy

I dont know about New Delhi, but Mumbai doesnt have BSNL as we have MTNL here!

Though they are the same company, but the services offered by both differ highly. BSNL has much better reviews than MTNL.

Well, we do have a few!

Ive been using Tata connection here at Mumbai. Till date i have faced no problems except a few downtimes(not at all frequent and very short). I got my connection activated within a week of my application, and after that whenever Ive had any problems they have been on their tiptoes to help me out!

I totally agree!

Sify services are very pathetic. Im surveying all the ISP's now, and as soon as I reach the result Ill be shifting from Sify!!!

Btw, maybe my survey helps you'll out in someway
