Default Sify Broadband Review

I live in New Delhi, and i have been using Sify broadband for the past one year, and all i can say about it is, that it is one of the worst broadband connections to have. They are very unreliable and the connection is always disrupted on many occasions. There customer service team is the worst, and always full of attitude. Because Sify connection is the only one available in my area, i have no choice, but i would never recommend Sify to anyone.

I agree with you that it is the worst broadband connection, i have to call the customer care everyday to resolve the problems, it always shows the error message "unable to reach the gateway". I am fed up of this connection and planning to change the connection

Same story here.. I have a sify broadband connection and hate it to bits. I dont really know what to do as there is no other connection in my area except mtnl and their exchange is too far so the speeds suck besides the ageing cables they have in my area to make things even worse.

I cant wait for airtel broadband and reliance broadband to be launched here I will be the first one to switch..

Hmm...
Sify seems to have a lot of unsatisfied customers. I don't know when will these companies understand the importance of customer service and customer satisfaction. Hope we soon get a truly professional ISP in our city.

buddy, ppl from sify are great here. Although they cant do nothing about the plans , the customer service is great at my place !! may be it differs from the north to south... im from south india BTW

I am in bangalore. And had taken their unlimited 256kbps BB service --- my blunder of the lifetime. After they get the money , they don't care aout the customer. Many time the Customer care don't pick up the phone . and even if they pick-up , they will tell the same story -- it will be solved as soon as possible , or it will be solved by today evening.
I have taken connection for 20days. And until now I had to raise 5 complain.
The last one I raised 20th of this month. And it is yet to be solved ---- Can you imagine with 1122/- per month unlimited broadband service I am not getting any connection for last 5 days. And if it by chance works for 2 days, you can be sure that it won't work on the next day.
I had to go to cyber-cafe for my work after taking the cify connection, You can imagine how gr8 my feeling is !!!
I think it's simply cheating in the name of business.

You see, Indian markets are also now rising to the concept of customer satisfaction.You can send your complaint to 'Consumer forum' and I am sure the services will improve,otherwise they will pay the damages.Don't just take it lying down.

Let me tell you honestly i never liked Sify broadband, we used to own sify broadband connection but very soon we disconnected that due to poor service quality and customer care.

I have experienced Sify broadband in one of their outlets or cyber cafe, i did like the speeds there, but i dot have any idea about their residential broadband plans!

Yah that's not good. If i were the Sify broardband company I will not focus only at the business plans. I will focus also in the residential plans. Cause it is not fair.
