Looks like most users here are having a 'not so good' experience with sify BB.
I have been using sify since its inception & the service has deteriorated day by day..whats worse, there is no one who seems to be accountable to a customers woe. Do other members get a receipt for monthly payments ? I do not & I think its wrong; consumer courts need subscription details. Do other members get a complaint number upon registering a complaint with their local vendors & do other members get the speed they have subscribed to ? I am based at Patna, and have been complaining to customer care & their local vendors for more than 2 months now..but that just doesn't help. The customer care number they publish on their site is wrong (at least for patna)..its becoming a big pain now just to get through to them. Does anyone have an email address or a phone number where I can talk to or correspond to someone who 'responds' in person ; not a Bot. The only creatures who seem to love sify BB are squirrels & crows, as is reported by by my local vendor "Cable Gilahri khaa gaya " or "Kauaa kaat diya" ( squirrels / crows ate your cable ) its frustrating.Any help on positive customer care numbers will be highly appriciated. ~chandan. |
