I have heard that sify is quite a good internet provider. But here in the forum I have a lot of bad reviews about them. Why so? Many of my friends were dying to get sify connection, but alas they didnt cover their home area!

your friends are lucky that sify doesn't cover the area. Because if ythey had taken by mistake it would have become a nightmare for them.

Yah that's true. Tell your friends that are really lucky.. Try the other internet provider don't stick with one...

Sify is good. They do have expensive plans but they are good this is what i can say.

Customer support depends from region to region and it may differentiate but still they are good and worth going with.

Sify lacks in after sale and also there are not good number of technicians to solve your problem in time. Don't go with Sify. this is what i would say.
