Tata Photon Plus using Olive device hangs
Hi,
I have been a subscriber of Tata Photon+ (Olive VME101 USB Modem) in Mumbai for the past couple of years. Recently, my old device was lost and I bought a new one which is an Olive device. Have been using it with my Win 7 Home Premium based notebook for the past few months, and noticed that whenever I use the option "Close Application and disconnect device" while shutting down the laptop Win 7 hangs. Hence, have been using the other option "Close Application Only" before shutting down my system. Has anyone faced the same problem ? I have also upgraded the firmware / software of the device from 1.1.4 to 1.1.5 yet the problem remains. Regards, Ramesh
