Tata is a rip off with very bad internet speed DON'T GO IN FOR THERE CONNECTION

There speeds are acceptable. Atleast half of minimum broadband speeds at 12-15 KBps.
However other options should be considered if they are available.

I have used them and i know that they are not worth it. It took them 1 month to sent an executive to look at some fault because of whih i wasnt able to use their internet connection and more over they also demand money from me for that month. Since that daay i have no trust on them.

TATA is a rip off. They promise and offer a lot when you are looking to buy a new connection with them but once you get the connection all their promises never gets fullfilled and they suck in terms of the customer support.

So this is a complete ripoff.

TATA does have good intenet speed. I can't blame their Internet speed but sure their customer care and their unreliable connection are something which can be blamed.

I hope that they improve this thing, if they dream of leading this IT sector.
