It is not worth even viewing plans for tata
The reason behind this is,they are really expensive as reliance and doesnot provide good speed and browsing time

I would suggest, use MTNL or BSNL or maybe VSNL

Tata Indicom said its fixed wireless customers could choose from a host of tariff plans including the entry level basic 250 package. The company is offering six tariff plans for fixed wireless services including Basic 250, Economy 499, Executive 725, Previlege 999, Corporate 1500 and Exclusive 2250. Besides the basic 250 plan where the monthly rental is Rs.250, in all other tariff plans the rental stands at Rs.280 with plan fee varying from Rs.219 in case of Economy 499 to Rs.1970 in case of Exclusive 2250.

Unfortuanetely their tariff's do not match their speeds.
On an average they will give speeds of around 18-20 KBps. I will only recommend them if you don't have the option of wired broadband.
