Broadband Forum

I have recently heard a lot about the Tata Plug 2 Surf, which is basically getting a broadband connection on the go on your laptop, anywhere and at anytime. This is something which is very useful and comes in use for many people who travel a lot, and need the Internet. Haven't heard about what the cost is as of yet, but will find out, as it is defiantly something which I would like to have

this is good ... i mean the innovation ! just plug a usb like thing into a port and you get fast connection. nice idea... yeah buddy.. do find the cost of this thing , i would like to get one for me too.. the tata indicom providers are conspicuous here at my place and i just cant find one here... hope the rates are same everywhere !

I dont think that it is a very good option. Since the TATA people dont have network as wide as hutch or airtel so basically their device would work best in city only where normal GPRS and other broadband connections are very highly successfull. Also billing etc plus cost of modem is fairly high

Don't go for this service . You not be happy , I and my friend have stopped using it after on month . SAME SOME CASH PLS

Come on guys. It is not broadband. The speed is really low. It is pretty much like getting dial up only. Their speed is less than 120 kbps which is less than half of the minimum required band width for broad band say 256kbps.
