Can TATA Improve?
Do you think that TATA can improve in the broadband field in regard to their customer care.
I had used them for some time and i'll say that thy are one of the worrst companies in terms of customer care. They dont have professional customer care executive which you will know when you talk to them, it takes ages for their representative to visit home to solve some problem which normally happens very often.. It had been a long time and TATA had shown no signs of improvement.. but do you think it can improve...
