When will TATA improve their customer service?
It had been a while since TATA came into the broadband sector and since then till date i have not seen any improvement in TATA customer care service. Earlier i had a TATA connection and when ever i faced any problem i was left alone. TATA did not sent any technical executive to solve my problem. I think that First TATA should improve their customer support then they should look at any other thing.
