hi we all know that a laptop works fine under a wifi connections.

but i dont know about wi max is it available in all laptops or not

There is no laptop in the market which is wimax enabled although you can use your reliance wimax connection the way you use it on a desktop but you cant take it out for that sake.

If I were other connection for your Laptop. Like WiFi it is really for Laptops...

Smile The Wifi is not the wireless built into present Notebooks

It is a different technology working in a different frequency band than the IEEE 802.11 wireless built into modern notebook computers. A modem is required to interface with the wireless BSNL system. The BSNL system is capable of a 5 mile distance whereas the notebook wifi is only capable of a few 10's to 100 ft.
